The Power of Thought & Techniques to Shift Your Focus

If you’ve read my other posts, you probably already know that I’m a big believer when it comes to Law of Attraction & the power of thought. I believe that you create everything that happens to you based on your thoughts. This law is ALWAYS in effect, whether you believe it or not. 

Of course, I am far from a perfect human, but I do my best to follow my own advice and pay attention to my thoughts as much as possible. I definitely have “off days” or even “off weeks/ months”. Whenever I notice my energy shifting, I try to bring myself back into a high vibration. By using the techniques below on a consistent basis, I can usually pull myself out of the low vibe mode, and shift my focus. Try some of these tips, and let me know your thoughts!

  • GRATITUDE LISTS
    SO key. Being grateful and realizing what you DO have is a great way to shift your perspective and mood. Studies have been done to prove that this stuff really  works. Try to jot down at least three things  per day that you are grateful for. Smile while you reflect, and remember you have so much to be thankful for.
