Confidence is an area of life where many of us struggle, myself included. I thought I’d try something fun and different today, so I’m trying out a roundup post. I am obsessed with Bethany and her honesty & vulnerability in this post. She talks about her own struggles with body positivity and how she’s progressed to be more confident in her body. A must read for EVERYONE, as I’m sure 99% of people can relate to Bethany.

Another EXCELLENT post by the beautiful, Efia. In this post, Efia emphasizes that she didn’t start off by being so confident. She went through her own struggles as one of two black women in her school which led to bullying and also losing her mother during this difficult time. Efia teaches many techniques in this post that she used to increase her confidence. Some of these techniques include podcasts, affirmations, and book recommendations.

If you are a mother, you need to check this one out! Similar to public speaking, speaking up in class (for me, it was work meetings) is another fear for many of us introverts.
