Hi Everyone! So, for the past two and a half years, I’ve been following a plant-based diet.

You will find receipes that include fish, however no meat recipes will be on my page.

I have nothing against those who do eat meat, I just choose not to.

I’m often rushing to get out the door, so usually once a week I will prep some healthy meals for the week.

Most of these recipes are meal-prep friendly.
